How Can I Get the Piece I Want?
Pottery drops can move quickly, sometimes very quickly. All pieces are one-of-a-kind or made in small batches, and there are often more people hoping to purchase than there are items available.
If there’s something you have your eye on, the best strategy is to be ready right at drop time (usually 4 PM PT on a Sunday). Make sure you’re on the website a few minutes early, and once the drop goes live, add your item to your cart and proceed to checkout as quickly as possible.
Important: adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. The piece is only secured once you’ve completed checkout.
If you’re hoping to purchase multiple items, it’s often best to check out immediately with what you have in your cart, then go back for anything else you’d like. If you end up placing multiple orders, that’s completely okay, just reach out to me afterward and I’ll consolidate your orders and refund any excess shipping charges.
Preview Before the Drop
Whenever possible, I aim to have a full preview of the upcoming drop available about 24 hours in advance. This gives you a chance to browse what will be available, plan your favourites, and be ready to shop right when the drop goes live.

Nissa Arts is a part-time business, and I’m creating as much as I can. I know it can be disappointing to miss out on a piece, and I genuinely appreciate your patience and enthusiasm. Your support means a lot, and it allows me to keep making.
Shipping & Pickup
At this time, shipping is available within Canada only.
If you’re local to Victoria, BC, local pickup is absolutely an option. Please go ahead and check out as usual, and then send me a message via email or Instagram to let me know you’d like to arrange pickup. I’ll refund your shipping cost once we’ve connected.
