Do you take custom orders?

My custom orders are currently closed. I may open them up again so stay turned and follow along on instagram @nissa.arts

Do you ship internationally?

Yes and no. I am happy to ship internationally, but I can't guarantee any packages outside of Canada right now. I’m really hoping the tariff situation at least becomes more manageable.  Have the process for tariffs to challenging to tackle for my current capacity. Unfortunately I cannot offer shipping to Australia.

Is my item foodsafe?

All pieces are foodsafe unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Is my item microwave/dishwasher safe?

Yes, all items are microwave and dishwasher safe. If possible, try to put it on the top rack of the dishwasher.

How will my item be packed?  

 I do my best to use environmentally friendly packing materials including recycled materials when possible. If you receive a package with packing peanuts or styrofoam strips in it, these are biodegradable and dissolve in water. 

What if my item arrives broken/damaged?

This is rare but has happened once or twice. I pack things as carefully as possible, but mailing pottery is a tricky game! If something breaks in transit, please let me know and I will address it as soon as possible!
