Blue/Green French Butter Bell

French butter bell in blue/green glaze. Made with white clay and measures about 3.5” tall and 3.5” wide. 

How to Use a Butter Bell:

1. Pack the lid with butter
   – Let your butter soften, then press it into the bell-shaped lid.

2. Add cold water to the base
   – Fill the bottom part with about 1/3 cup of cold water.

3. Seal and store
   – Place the lid upside down into the base. The water forms a seal to keep butter fresh.

4. Change the water every 2–3 days
   – Refresh the water regularly to maintain freshness.
